numpy与TensorFlow不兼容FutureWarning问题

测试iou_smooth_loss.py的环境
numpy1.16
tensorflow 1.13.1
python3.6

不兼容时报错如下:
Numpy版本问题，import tensorflow as tf 报警：“ FutureWarning: Passing (type, 1) or ‘1type’ as a synonym of type is deprecated; in a future version of numpy, it will be understood as (type, (1,)) / ‘(1,)type’”
tensorflow cpu版，成功安装后

import tensorflow as tf 报警：“ FutureWarning: Passing (type, 1) or ‘1type’ as a synonym of type is deprecated; in a future version of numpy, it will be understood as (type, (1,)) / ‘(1,)type’”
