signature=94a7929c789b64893818fbbf149d2542,Signature by key uses weak digest algorithm (SHA1)

And it's still happening for me. Maybe I'm making a mistake here that I'm not catching, but at this point I'm fairly confident i'm following the documentation on that page to a T. Here's a copy of the session below.
