python带参数怎么运行_python idle 如何带参数运行

我在2000和xp上 把这个实例打进去 但在idle运行没有这个结果

后来我想 argv命令 是显示命令行的命令，idle运行默认的=在命令行中 运行这个文件名的程序，所以我每次的结构都是仅仅显示我这个程序保存的名字而已。

我想是否我在command中 用如 XXXX.py --help才能显示上面的结果 但是我死活就是试不出来总是出错

比如说我 做了个var.py的程序 我想在命令行运行他

我是2000系统

我先start-cmd-python

然后command显示python版本信息

我在输入var.py

他显示 name 'var' is not defind

请问为什么  我如何才能在command中运行我的python程序 呢？并且能够带--help等参数的
