I have tried the same process on Ubuntu! Also tried the rkdeveloptool to
erase it. Nothing has worked.
The documentation mentions RK3399_Android7.1_EraseIDB.7z but I cannot
find it to download. I have found a link to the Erase_IDB on the Baidu
site. But I cannot create a login and I cannot read the language. The
device will not load any firmware.
Here is the output from running the upgrade_tool on Linux:
gha@ubuntu:~/firefly-rk3399/u34/Linux_Upgrade_Tool/Linux_Upgrade_Tool$
sudo ./upgrade_tool ef FIREFLY-RK3399-UBUNTU18.04-GPT-20200714-1510.img

Prepare IDB Fail
Here is the serial UART Debug output during the above. Note: I have to
power off/on the RK3399 after the erase (EF) in order for the UF comand
to proceed to the IDB failure.
