oracle exp假死,请求帮忙-exp卡死

我在系统内制定了一个crontab计划

30 23 * * * su - oracle -c /usr/export/exp_full_sgarc.sh >/usr/export/exp_full.log 2>&1

sh内容是

DATE=`date +%u`

echo $DATE

cd /usr/export

rm -f sgarc$DATE.dmp.gz

exp system/sgarcsys@sgarc full=y file=/usr/export/sgarc$DATE.dmp log=/usr/export/expsgarc$DATE.log  direct=y  buffer=20000000

cd /usr/export

gzip -9 /usr/export/sgarc$DATE.dmp

计划执行两天一切正常，但是第三天就执行不了了，查看日志一直卡在下面画面，不知为什么，通过toad查看原来是之前的exp没有释放，释放后就可以了，请问大家这个怎么处理呢，怎么才能让系统自动释放exp呢
