Abstract：With the popularity of smart phones, the impact of mobile Internet has deep into all aspects of people's lives and production. Based on the existing image collection and information management of existing agricultural production and plant cultivation, this paper designs and implements an image acquisition and transmission system based on Android and its WEB-side management system. The system is mainly divided into Android end image and information collection, non-plant canopy image filtering and B/S system image automatic management system. It can help plant and agricultural experts to improve work and research efficiency.
