班主任工作是一种种甜蜜的苦差使，工作辛苦，，责任重大。一个班级的工作作是否能够搞好，学生的成绩绩是否能够提高，班主任起着着关键作用。可以说有一个好好的班主任，才会有一个好的的班级。我做班主任XX年了了，可以说是一个不短的时间间，可这回是第一次把班级的的学生带到四年级，第一次意意识到班主任的班级管理比教教学工作更为重要。

40名学生，男生生24人，女生16人。学生生们学习努力，进取心较强。。在行为习惯方面，能按照一一日行为规范来做，但自觉性性还有待提高，尤其是男孩子子在这方面的养成习惯做得还还不够好，下课会有奔跑现象象出现，经常要老师同学提醒醒。在学习方面大部分学生思思维活跃，作业能认真完成，，有一定的竞争意识。但也有有少数学生没有很好的学习习习惯。在品德方面，学生们爱爱集体，爱劳动，爱师长，爱爱同学，有较强的集体荣誉感感。但由于这两年我从生宝宝宝到喂奶，班级学生有些涣散散，需要加强管理。四年级的的孩子处在由低年级向高年级级转化的特殊阶段，因此我打打
