Package nameref Warning: The definition of \label has changed!

今天用Overleaf修改文章格式时，一直出现这个warning，

Package nameref Warning: The definition of \label has changed! Check your packages! Replacing it with the kernel definition on input line 145.

google一下发现遇到这个问题的人不在少数。比如说：

尝试了一番，还是无法解决。

过了一会，突然发现，只需要将TeX Live version从2023改到2022（Overleaf左上角Menu中），这个warning就奇迹般地消失了：）
