oracle startup open ora 03113,startup mount备库的时候报ORA-03113错误

关于日志中的RECO (ospid: 27549): terminating the instance due to error 472信息，我从metalink上看到了下面的文章，感觉是有用户kill 了用户进程或者 oracle后台进程。

Symptoms

Database crashes periodically with only the following message in the alert log.

USER: terminating instance due to error 472

Instance terminated by USER, pid = 5910

There is no trace file generated or anything else to indicate what the cause or problem might be.

Cause

Some 3rd party product or user or user process is killing the PMON process or other database background process.

Solution

Find what is running on the system at the time the message "USER: terminating instance due to error 472" is reported in the alert log and stop it from killing PMON or other database background processes.

In this case, the problem was determined by the SysAdmins to be a zombie killing script that was enabled on crontab which was also killing Oracle database background processes running on the server.  Once this script was changed to exclude these background processes, the problem went away.
