本文探讨了基于DICOM标准的医学影像数据库实现，利用网络、多媒体和数据库技术优化医疗图像资源的利用，解决大量图像存储和管理问题。通过采用ACR-NEMA的DICOM 3.0规范，建立接口实现医疗成像设备的数据输入和输出，实现了医疗图像的一致化存储、查询和远程无损传输，提高了系统的开放性和便携性，促进了医疗信息系统间资源共享和国际信息交换。

Abstract：IObject; Achieved the possibilities of data exchanging supply technical within the framework of the standard network between different medical digital imaging equipment, investigate the common criterion of the medical digital imaging equipment's communication and exchange. Use network technology, multimedia technology and database technology so that the existing image resources are fully utilized, and solve the existing mass image storage and management problems. Ways; adopt DICOM 3.0 specification which are introduced by the ACR-NEMA (American College of Radiology and National Electronics Manufacturers Association) Committee. Using the standard, one can establish an interface to complete the image data input and output in the medical imaging device. Result; After using a uniform standard of medical imaging, the medical images can be unified to file, to storage, and to query. The non-destructive image transfer can be achieved in the remote consultation. Conclusion; Medical image transmission as well as the database development increases the openness and portability system, solve the problem of transmission of medical information systems and resource sharing, and implement the international medical resource sharing and information exchange more effetely, and promote the further development of our country's medicine.
