Outlook Development Group is a Franklin, WI based commercial real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition of grocery stores, grocery anchored shopping centers, medical facilities, and single and multi tenant Industrial real estate. Many of the deals that acquired and developed are very easy to identify, since most are homegrown Wisconsin companies such as Roundy’s Supermarket, Kohl’s Department Store, and Columbia St. Mary’s as examples. We have also partnered with successful industrial companies by completing long term sale lease back transactions. Investors have the ability to hedge against future inflation and volatile equity markets while diversifying their portfolio with a tangible real estate asset. Our track record consists of acquiring approximately $130,000,000 in deals over the last 4 years. This including $30,000,000 in 2009, speaking to our ability to evaluate and close on deals when many of our competitors are unable. We have many different forms of ownership including Tenant in Common (TIC), Delaware Statutory Trust (DST), Syndications through Limited Partnership (LP) units, Joint Venture equity positions, as well as avenues to invest through self-directed retirement accounts as a note holder.
