Our track record consists of acquiring approximately $130,000,000 in deals over the last 4 years.  This including $30,000,000 in 2009, speaking to our ability to evaluate and close on deals when many of our competitors are unable.  We have many different forms of ownership including Tenant in Common (TIC), Delaware Statutory Trust (DST), Syndications through Limited Partnership (LP) units, Joint Venture equity positions, as well as avenues to invest through self-directed retirement accounts as a note holder.
