input accept属性筛选文件类型，及input file的选择的文件清空

一、accept属性 筛选文件类型
设置支持 .doc / .docx / .xls / .xlsx / .pdf 格式:

<input type="file" accept=".doc,.docx,.xls,.xlsx,.pdf,application/msword,application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document" >

如果需要支持多种格式，则在 accept 添加上既可，都逗号分隔。
