It returned the following information via the D-Bus: ERROR: Device /dev/sda has an existing signature ID_FS_UUID=3eb76440-38d3-4320-a74d-853dae84ef57 ID_FS_TYPE=xfs ID_FS_UUID_ENC=3eb76440-38d3-4320-a74d-853dae84ef57 ID_FS_USAGE=filesystem.

Check and wipe the signature:

#blkid -p /dev/sd*

#wipefs -a /dev/sd*
