django入门-环境搭建

环境准备：
Python 3.7.1
django 3.0.4
pycharm

环境准备
django的环境安装非常简单，只需用pip安装一个django库就可以了，编辑器选择pycharm

pip install django==3.0.4

换源下载
把下列文件放入change_pip.py文件中或者在最下边下载change_pip.py
