1.需求收集分析 Requirement Gathering & Analysis

充分了解需求，业务流程和内部逻辑。

Thoroughly understanding of requirement, business flow and internal logic

分析需求的可测试性，找出不可测试的，模糊的，不正确的需求。与 BA 确认不确定的点以及预期的结果。

Work out the test feasibility of requirement, list requirement that is not feasible to test, find out requirement that is ambiguous and improper. Confirm all uncertainness and expected result with BA.

2.测试场景分析 Scenario Analysis

测试场景是不同直接的业务场景，较测试案例更加宽泛。需要整理出所有的测试场景，逐个与BA确认，无误之后才能写测试案例。
