window10 python 3.6 安装tensorflow的坑

安装过程中选择 whl 安装

解决方式 ：
1、降低 tensorflow 的版本 由原来的 1.3.1-> 1.12.0 -> 1.11.0
2、还是报以上错误
修改 protobuf 版本 pip3 install protobuf=3.6.0 （感觉 主要由 protobuf 版本影响 上面 修改tensoflow 版本影响 待验证）

3、然后出问题：

解决方式降低 numpy 版本 （1.17.0-》 1.15.0）

版本和window 配置关系

首先在NVIDIA 控制面板中查看显卡 支持的CUDA版本，具体方法参考《Windows系统查看CUDA版本号》

注意： tesflow window 版本的下载方式为 ：(一般轮子的下载地址)
