HttpClient进行Post请求的时候如何修改content-type请求头

在我们日常做项目的时候，有时候难免会接触到HttpClient进行一些数据的请求和传输。HttpClient默认使用的是表单提交的形式进行数据post，有时候我们需要使用json或者其他形式发送数据那么我们就需要修改他的content-type

HttpClient发送post请求的时候如何修改Content-type,变成发送一个json数据？
