Spring cloud feign 中出现的问题

当我在使用Feign 进行不同服务之间调用的时候
http://localhost:9872/comment/3
出现过这么几个问题，网上搜的资料要么就是单服务的调用，要么就是不知所云，

出现的第一个问题
The bean 'louis-order-web.FeignClientSpecification', defined in null

这个问题其实还是比较简单的 ,spring boot 的日志已经把这个问题的原因以及解决方案贴出来了，

A bean with that name has already been defined in null and overriding is disabled，

解决方案：
在application.yml中添加如下配置
main:
allow-bean-definition-overriding: true

第二个问题，
feign.FeignException: status 404 reading OmsOrderClientApi#findByOrderId(long)

首先贴出服务提供方的代码

OmsOrderClientApi 接口：

@FeignClient(value = "louis-order-web")
public interface OmsOrderClientApi {
   

    @GetMapping("findByOrderId/{orderId}")
   Wrapper<OmsOrderDto> findByOrderId(@PathVariable("orderId") long orderId);
