《Error》解决python加载opencv库时遇到的问题

在使用cv2 显示图片时出现以下bug：

cv2.imshow(“Output”, image)

按照提示，以及网上找了一堆教程都不对，然后经历了痛苦的卸载重装过程，没有卵用。

采用conda安装binstar：

conda install --channel https://conda.anaconda.org/menpo opencv3  

然后查一下安装结果：

anaconda show menpo/opencv3  

成功解决。
