Git二次安装问题出现unable to get system config

        之前下载后没有删除干净，再次下载时报错。出现unable to get system config首先正常删除Git，然后检查环境变量是否删除。如果还不可以，尝试删除注册表信息.(Window+R)，输入regedit打开注册表信息。找到路径“Windows\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall”下的git对应的文件夹删除即可。
