8.0 以上版本 mySQL数据库导致的命令行可连接，NaviCat不可连接的问题

 错误代码: client does not support authentication

原因： 没有开启Mysql的远程连接配置

解决办法:

　　1 使用命令行进入数据库

C:\Users\wushaopei>mysql -u root -p
Enter password: ****

　　2 选着数据库  mysql   --> user mysql

mysql> use mysql;
Database changed
mysql> show tables;
