在环境变量中设置好JAVA_HOME和C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.5\csc.exe

解压JavaTwain，在dll目录中运行工程，编译出JavaTwain.dll

从jni4net中拷贝bin和lib到项目中

运行generateProxies.cmd
