windows anaconda 安装nco

根据参考资料①，安装nco时候，不能在ananconda 的base环境下安装，需要创建一个新的虚拟环境
conda create -n nco
conda activate nco
根据参考资料②：
conda install -c conda-forge nco

根据参考资料③，如果conda forge非常慢的话，更换为国内镜像资源：
（nco）目录> conda config --set show_channel_urls yes
然后在目录下找到.condarc文件，用记事本打开，将所有文本替换成以下内容，并保存退出。
