java 矩形 旋转 宽高_RotateRect(旋转矩形)的倾斜旋转变换矫正

在Opencv中的图像处理中，经常要用到minAreaRect()函数求最小外接矩形，该函数的返回值就是一个RotatedRect类对象。

RotatedRect类定义如下：
