AcWing 125. 耍杂技的牛_贪心_推式子

解题思路：
首先假设我们策略的答案是res，最优解的答案是fi；
那么一定有 fi <= res;
那么现在我们就需要去得到一种策略使得res <= fi。那么我们的 res == fi,也就的到了最终的答案。

假设我们用我们的策略已经对牛的顺序进行了安排（我们目前还不知道这个策略是什么）
