注：此处错误是因为gamit10.5所用的svnav.dat文件是旧版本，在http://garner.ucsd.edu/pub/gamit/tables/上下载应该是svnav.dat.gps下载后保存为svnav.dat 否则sh_sp3fit无法正确进行
