箱线图2种画法-直接给出各个四分位值或者数据集

需求：

1. 直接给出箱线图的上下四分位数、中位值等画图

2. 给出序列，再画boxplot

代码1：

matplotlib.axes.Axes 类给出bxp 方法

"fliers":[]  outliers 是可选参数，可以通过这个参数给出离群值（异常值）
