ubuntu16.04下 安装plexe- pyapi遇到问题及解决方法

1.pip升级时遇到下面问题

The directory ‘/home/blessing/.cache/pip/http’ or its parent directory is not owned by the current user and the cache has been disabled. Please check the permissions and owner of that directory.

解决方法 ：

执行sudo -H pip install --upgrade pip

2.已添加系统环境后，安装plexe-pyapi，仍提示缺少sumolib、plexe等modle

解决方法 ：

在保证系统路径添加正确的情况下，可能是由于pip版本过低的问题，尝试重新安装解决过类似问题。

1.删除原文件 rm -rf plexe-pyapi/
2.clone工程 git clone https://github.com/michele-segata/plexe-pyapi.git
3.安装 pip3 install --user .
4.更新** pip3 install --upgrade --user . **
