 incompatible with the existing columns in their respective positions :

错误原因：更改字段类型时必须满足隐式转换，不可以将大的数据类型转换为小的数据类型。

错误原因：更改列的位置时只有元数据进行更改，底层数据不会更改，底层数据类型和元数据类型不一致，不能更改列的位置。
