1. 图像中值滤波以消除噪声

2. 查找边缘遮蔽的轮廓

3. 扩张掩模

4. 平滑图像以减少连接组件的数量

5. 查找区域道具并绘制边界框

Screen Detection in a dark room (desktop/laptop/mobile/other led screen ): 

1. Median filtering the image to remove noise 

2. Finding edges MASK 

3. Dilate mask with disk 

4. Smoothing image to reduce the number of connected components 

5. Finding the regionprops and drawing Bounding Box
