springboot项目配置（yml，pom）

首先使用idea创建一个纯净的springboot项目
1，替换pom文件

2.将application.properties后缀名改为.yml,并改名为application-dev.yml

3.添加文件访问映射类

4.启动类添加注解，使其可以映射到mapper

5.依次创建Java文件夹，和静态文件夹
