性质简介：PE-Cy5 is a commonly used dye in flow cytometry. Its main absorption peak is located at 565nm, and its emission peak is located at 666nm. For this series of colors, it is recommended to use filter sets of 682/33 nm and 695/40 nm. Pre activate PE-Cy5 to promote PE-Cy5 cascade binding to antibodies and other proteins, such as streptavidin and other secondary reagents. Our pre activated PE-Cy5 cascade is ready for binding, producing much higher yields than conventional cumbersome SMCC based conjugation chemistry. In addition, our pre activated PE-Cy5 cascade is conjugated to the protein through its abundant amino groups, while SMCC chemical targeting requires the regeneration of thiol groups through antibody reduction.
