问题：PowerShell执行，遇到xxx.ps1 is not digitally signed

file.ps1 is not digitally signed. You cannot run this script on the current system. For more information about running scripts and setting execution policy, see about_Execution_Policies at https:/go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=135170.

解决方案

Administrator模式下执行
Run Set-ExecutionPolicy and change the Execution Policy setting.

Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope Process -ExecutionPolicy Bypass

 Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope Process -ExecutionPolicy Bypass
