ant-design组件a-modal对话框两条横线

因为 element-ui的 el-dialog不好实现对话框垂直居中，所以使用 ant-design带 centered属性可实现居中

但是 a-modal会有两条上下的横线、如下图：

这样就能实现和 el-dialog一样的效果且又能简单的实现水平垂直居中
