maven的conf下settings.xml配置

配置本地仓库位置（默认}/.m2/repository）

设置成

 <localRepository>D:\apache-maven-3.6.0\repo</localRepository>

再配置中央仓库位置（默认阿帕奇官网）

设置成阿里镜像（速度快点）
