EOSC主网当前RAM的租赁价格为抵押10EOSC，获得1KB内存。与EOS主网相比，价格偏高，不利于开发者和用户。提议将RAM价格调整为抵押2EOSC，获得1KB内存。

Proposal to Adjust RAM Rental Price

Proposer: eosawake, sky.eosc

The current RAM rental plan of EOSC mainnet is to deposit 10 EOSC to get 1 KB of RAM. Compared with EOS mainnet, the price is relatively high, which is not to the benefit of developers and users. It is proposed to adjust RAM rental plan to deposit 2 EOSC to get 1 KB of RAM.
