使用pip install -r requirements安装库出现的问题

1.问题描述：ERROR: No matching distribution found for matplotlib>=3.2.2

2.原因分析：我打开了代理服务器，这时我们使用的清华镜像源就不能使用了

3.解决办法：关闭代理服务器即可。
