Maven报错：setting.xml模板（带镜像）

这个方法能解决很多莫名其妙的瞎Jer报错

方法就是配置镜像，我知道你们可能是配置过镜像发现不管用

我之前遇到问题也是，但是不知道为什么把镜像替换成这样就真的管用……

这个镜像治好了我多年的小脑萎缩
