Action:

Add an implementation, such as Hibernate Validator, to the classpath

项目启动的时候报错如上。
在解决的时候按照网上说的进行了maven项目的清理，依旧报错。
通过在https://stackoverflow.com/questions/41879541/spring-boot-sample-unable-to-start-embedded-container-error上说的添加了一个

    <groupId>org.hibernate</groupId>
    <artifactId>hibernate-validator</artifactId>
    <version>5.3.6.Final</version>
</dependency>

（注：虽然使用的spring boot 版本不是对应的版本） 添加之后问题解决

由于项目不是自建项目，没有深入研究到底是哪个依赖导致的问题，然后观察相关的依赖，发现下面的引用会导致相关问题的发生（注：是在某版本下会发生相应的问题）。
