【错误处理】‘PIL.Image‘ has no attribute ‘register_extensions‘ matplotlib引用错误

相信很多初学CV方向的小伙伴都会在安装环境上出现问题

尤其是这个：

'PIL.Image' has no attribute 'register_extensions' 

提示你更新 Pillow 的版本，可是更新完之后要么出现py3文件缺失，要么还有这个问题。

解决方法是直接使用 pip install pillow==4.1.1 安装老版本pillow，最后会告诉你这个版本已经过时了

ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
scikit-image 0.17.2 requires pillow!=7.1.0,!=7.1.1,>=4.3.0, but you have pillow 4.1.1 which is incompatible.
matplotlib 3.3.4 requires pillow>=6.2.0, but you have pillow 4.1.1 which is incompatible.

过时个屁，这个就能用，不要再升级了。
