原因是版本更新 增加了个参数

解决办法

        self.pose = self.mpPose.Pose(self.mode, self.upBody, self.smooth, self.detectionCon, self.trackCon)```
        ######更改为
 
        self.pose = self.mpPose.Pose(self.mode, self.upBody, self.smooth,False,
                                     self.detectionCon, self.trackCon)
