解决pyinstaller打包py文件时upx报NotCompressibleException的问题

想把毕设用pyqt5做的界面打包 结果报了如下错误：

原因的话 我墙内墙外搜了一圈 全是说linux的 没找到什么原因 但是在github上找到了相似问题和解决方案 自己试了一下 成功了 分享出来。
