下了个ubuntu18.04，更新阿里源后安装pip3

apt install python3-pip

结果居然报错了

很奇怪，以前16.04完全不会有这种问题。同样，装了其他的一些软件，也会有类似报错。

上网查了别人的解决方案，有人说是源的问题
