只需要在pom.xml 文件中 加入

        <groupId>org.junit.platform</groupId>
        <artifactId>junit-platform-launcher</artifactId>
        <scope>test</scope>

问题解决撒花！！！

原因：idea 的Maven 插件太坑，建议自己重新安装Maven
