Python：23画小猪佩奇

嘿嘿嘿，周末空闲时间找找电视看，看了小猪佩奇，无聊中想试试看用代码看能不能画一只佩奇，结果还真的实现了^_^，不过就实现了个头头，身体还需要后期补充呐！
