Docker Desktop 打开后报错 Some WSL system related access rights are not set correctly.

An unexpected error occurred
Failed to deploy distro docker-desktop to C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Docker\wsl\distro: : 

Some WSL system related access rights are not set correctly. This sometimes happens after 
waking the computer or not being connected to your domain/active directory. 
Please try to reboot the computer. If not sufficient,
 WSL may need to be reinstalled fully. As a last resort, try to uninstall/reinstall Docker Desktop.
主要原因是红色背景处

解决办法：

   更新wls     wsl --update

错误原因应该是在关闭电脑时，没有手动直接关了docker运行的环境，导致关闭时wls文件丢失
