1.概念:表示人.事物及抽象概念等名词的词
2.名词分类

专有名词	Obama ,China	Obama ,China	Obama ,China
普通名词	可数名词	个体名词
普通名词	可数名词	集合名词

普通名词	不可数名词	抽象名词

可数名词能与a,an连用
不可数名词不能

可数名词有复数,不可数名词无复数

可数名词单数用冠词来修饰
发元音的单词前用an

3.在英文中,名词有复数

4.可数名词复数变化

规则变化+s

2.以s , x, sh ,ch 结尾–加es
class–classes
box–boxes
brush --brushes
watch --watches

3.部分以O结尾–加es
tomato–tomatoes
potato–potatoes
hero–heroes
口诀:英雄爱吃土豆和西红柿

4.辅音字母+y结尾变i加es
family–families
lady–ladies
candy–candies
baby–babies
story–stories

口诀:在family中,有个lady ,手里拿着candy给baby讲story
注意:元音字母+y结尾的单词直接加s 如boy/toy
元音有 a e i o u

5.以f或fe结尾的–f或fe变ves
self–selves
half–halves
thief–thievef
life --lives
knife–knives 刀
leaf–leaves 叶子
shelf–shelves架子
wolf–wolves

–为了自己的活命,小偷和妻子手里拿着刀子和一片树叶站在架子上把狼劈成了两半

口诀:中日不变语法变,其他s加后面

3.单复同形

5.词尾后缀

口诀:名定后变 ,男女全变

物质名词
无法分割的 :气体–air空气;smoke烟 fog雾
液体–water 水 milk牛奶 wine 葡萄糖
其他 --paper纸 glass玻璃 bread 面包 chocolate 巧克力
组成成分小的: rice大米;salt盐;sugar糖;hair头发;snow雪;sand沙

抽象名词
看不见摸不着:
