java.sql.SQLException: Connections could not be acquired from the underlying database!

在连接数据库测试的时候，突然报了该错误，之前曾听别人说过，mysql在升级为8.x版本后要加上时区，否则会报错，果不其然今天就报错：

解决办法，在mysql的url后边加上serverTimezone=GMT
