SpringBoot +LayUI+thymeleaf 实现一个功能（一) 准备工作

前言
经过一段时间的积累，我们需要通过一个项目验证一下我们的技术，那么通过一个前后端实现项目是最好不不过了。在网上看过一个视频教程，就一步步做下去，期间走过了很多弯路（不是别人的有错误，而是开发版本的问题），所以实践才是真理。
创建数据库
数据库类型：Mysql
数据库名称：sridb
表名：dept
表结构：

字段	类型	长度	注释
id	bigint	20	主键
parent_id	bigint	20	上级部门ID。一级部门为0
name	varchar	50	部门名称
type	tinyint	2	类型。0：公司；1：部门；2：科室/小组
sort	int	11	排序值。越小越靠前
status	tinyint	2	状态。0：正常；1：禁用
update_time	datetime	0	修改时间
create_by	bigint	20	创建人
