mysql:1130 Host 'localhost' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

适用5.7以下我的是5.1.46
1.任务管理器——>服务将mysql服务停止
2.找到mysql的安装路径下的my.ini文件在[mysqld]下添加skip-grant-tables
3.开启服务
4. mysql -u root mysql
5. use msyql;
6. delete from user where user=‘root’;
7. CREATE USER ‘root’@‘localhost’ IDENTIFIED BY ‘123456’;
如果提示：ERROR 1290 (HY000): The MySQL server is running with the --skip-grant-tables option so it cannot exe
就 flush privileges;
8.GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON . TO ‘root’@‘localhost’ WITH GRANT OPTION;
9.CREATE USER ‘root’@’%’ IDENTIFIED BY ‘123456’;
10.GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON . TO ‘root’@’%’ WITH GRANT OPTION;
11.flush privileges;
12.进入my.ini删除添加的东西
13.重启mysql服务
密码为123456
